A WEE BIT ABOUT ME

Hi there welcome to my site.  My name is Luke Houston and I am a Scottish actor.

I am a trained method actor for screen, following the teachings of Lee Strasberg, Sanford Meisner and Stella Adler.  I have been studying with the UK Screen Acting Academy for the last three years in addition to gaining experience in Shakespearean theatre, commercial and narrative voice over work, stage and screen combat with Broadsword and Rapier and accent training with professional voice coaches.  I am also a Singer/Songwriter and have enjoyed performing at various events including the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh.

I have always had an interest in film making and acting and in High School began creating short films and web series, gaining experience both in front and behind camera.

When I'm not on set you will usually find me up a mountain, on a zipline or swimming in the sea.  Absolutely born to travel, lover of adventure and total adrenaline junkie!
